R. Kelly has reportedly been evicted from his Duluth, Georgia mansion for failing to pay thousands of dollars in back rent.

According to the  Daily Mail , the 51-year-old singer owes $23,084.90 in unpaid rent and $2,308.49 in late fees. There are also criminal charges expected to be filed after there was alleged damage done to the home, which has a $11,542.45-per-month-rent. The residence looked to be abandoned after the eviction notice was served on Tuesday (February 13), according to sources. Part of the reason Kelly is so cash strapped supposedly stems from  being accused of leading a sex cult  inside of the very home he’s being evicted from. Last July,  Buzzfeed  published  a shocking report which revealed the singer was accused of holding multiple women against their will inside the suburban Atlanta mansion.
